HDHC Native Plant Garden Tour

Our annual native plant garden tour welcomes visitors to a celebration of the resilient beauty and ecological importance of Central Oregon’s native flora. The wonderful gardens in the tour showcase the adaptability and brilliance of native plants in our region, while highlighting sustainable horticultural practices that not only preserve but also enhance our unique environment.

The tour is an opportunity to explore the transformative power of native plants, not only in terms of aesthetics, but also for their role in supporting local wildlife, conserving resources, and fostering biodiversity!

We are excited to bring together gardeners, nature lovers, and environmental advocates to share insights, ask questions, and be inspired by the stunning gardens across Bend.

“I liked meeting the owners, seeing and learning what they liked and did not like about their yards, and being able to ask lots of questions about plants that may or may not work in my yard.”
