The High Desert Horticultural Center is a donor supported, nonprofit organization and native plant nursery created to bridge the gap between research and application, and to provide methods and knowledge for resource conservation in urban landscapes.  We rely on member contributions to help support our nursery operations, public outreach, and educational programs tailored to homeowners, industry professionals, and the general public.

Your generous support will:

Establish HDHC’s propagation facility and double the availability of native plants to professionals and consumers in central and eastern Oregon and support a rapidly growing native plant market.  Access to appropriate plant material is critical to the success of our mission.

Train and educate industry professionals, homeowners and future conservation practitioners in the theory and use of native vegetation in design and construction of sustainable landscapes. A knowledgeable workforce will enable the industry to move forward.

Membership is valid one year from purchase. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Member discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change.
